Verification of your components and systems is important to us, and we want to help you test them to ensure your requirements are achieved.
Testing.
All our engineers have hands-on experience building prototypes and verifying performance in the lab or in the field, using instrumentation to track and catalog any qualitative or quantitative data required for verification. Testing is often baked into many product development activities, and is a standard practice that we use to verify functionality and iterate quickly if required. We have experience adapting our professional documentation of the methods we use and respective results in accordance with your standard practices.
Data Acquisition.
We have developed computer-controlled data acquisition systems in LabVIEW and various microcontroller platforms ranging from environmental monitoring and control systems to optical fiber alignment systems for OEM laser assembly.
Our team has designed environmental chambers to support product testing over a wide range of environmental conditions, qualified our designs to MIL-STD-810G, UL-61010 and UL-60601, in addition to other national and international standards.
Documentation.
Writing polished, customer-facing reports for you is second nature for us, and we can also document test results with engineering-level presentations, depending on the nature of the testing being performed.
