Simulation.
Your designs can be proved out before prototyping by our analysis team. We are experienced using SolidWorks Simulation Professional and NASTRAN for your thermal and structural FEA needs, as well as SolidWorks Flow Simulation and ANSYS Fluent for CFD. We also won’t hesitate to write custom FEA code to solve your unique problems.
Modeling.
We frequently model mechanical and electrical systems as part of an efficient product design process. We have developed system models in Mathematica, MATLAB, Engineering Equation Solver (EES) and Excel, depending on the nature of each design challenge.
We have a background in control theory and can mathematically model dynamic systems to develop suitable control architectures.
